I have had the honor of being on fertility journeys with patients for the past 18 years. When patients come in you can expect a full intake and lots of time to discuss your mind body health. You will receive a comprehensive treatment plan of supportive care that spans from acupuncture, fertility diet strategies, lifestyle optimizers, neutraceutical prescriptions, and possibly custom herbal medicine. The whole system strategy is what research has shown to most benefit live birth rates using East Asian Medicine or Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Your treatment plan follows and compliments your cycle be it medicated or natural. The rhythm of treatments is in line with your body’s functions. This can apply to both male and female bodies as male sperm also has a period of turnover and change just as a women’s menses and ovulation have cyclical shifts. You will be supported throughout your cycle in multiple ways that increase and enhance your mind-body health and fertility.

Natural or medicated cycles both are supported best when we can address imbalances that may be contributing to your fertility obstacles.
